• Iruve's returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on Iruve for any reason within 30 days of purchase.You can exchange this item for a different size/color or return for a full refund.
    We request you to keep the item in its original condition, tags attached, warranty cards in manufacturer packaging for a successful refund, or replacement.
  • To reduce the waiting period of receiving the returned product, we will initiate the dispatch of the goods requested in exchange on the day of intimation itself. 
  • Iruve will refund the courier service charges spent to return a product.
  • Make sure you send tracking details of the returned product. It will help us track the returned order. 
  • You can now intimate us your return through Whats App messenger too. 
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Please refer to list of non-returnable items below-

 Refunds (if applicable for specific products)

  • Once you return the merchandise,we will inspect and notify you about the product through an email. The mail will inform you about the status of your refund. 
  • Once your product status is approved, the refund will be processed and the amount will be credited within 10 working days depending on the mode of payment.
  • In case it gets rejected, you will be sent a mail with appropriate reasons.

Partial Refunds (if applicable)

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned after 30 days of delivery

  Customized Products Policy

  • No return or exchange will be provided for any product which is customized for you.
  • We will exchange the product only if there is any manufacturing defect. This process will be only after the inspection of the returned product.

C.O.D. (Cash on Delivery) Orders Policy

  • No cash refund will be applicable for COD orders.
  • Instead, he/she will get a credit for any future purchase the customer makes on only.
